Was very friendly at time of service. Made sure service was completed before leaving even tho it was not completed until about 4am. The service was later found to be done completely wrong installed wrong flooded the whole area does not work. Is constantly kicking on the emergency system raised the power bill by thousands of dollars. He refuses to fix the issues and now we are out of a system with a family in cold and hot weather. kieth has very good communication skills, reasonable in price very diligent and thorough, good at explaining what the problem is and how to repair it.
Keith did a great job checking out our fairly old equipment and giving us the reassurance that we'll be fine for another year, and beyond. I'm happy to have him looking after us with future checkups.
