My son work here for a year and a half. What an awful group of people to work for. From Roux in HR ,Sherie, Chad - (to name a few vile. Hired my boy as part of their indigenous program which is clearly just to make company look better then what it is. No respect shown to him and racism out on site. Wouldn’t recommend working here if ur part of our mob.
Management were okay. They entered into their first Indigenous employment program in order to adhere to Rio Tinto in 2017-18. I was made to jump through many hoops to get out in the field, once I got out in the field I was made to feel lonely, isolated with most of the guys out in the field did not want me there, neither did the supervisor at the time.
