Absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable crew! Jay's team was simply amazing. They did a great job of explaining all the plumbing issues and what needed to be fixed without any pressure to overspend. They even took pictures of the problems and made sketches to help clarify how everything should work. The team was careful to lay down paper where they walked and wore booties without being prompted.
