I called late on a Monday, just before closing, and spoke with Jay. Even at the end of the day, he took time to hear my plumbing issue and explained that it was not an emergency. He let me know someone would follow up the next day, and that is exactly what happened. A little after 10am, I got a call saying a plumber was on the way. I’m very pleased with Mckay Brothers Plumbing and how quickly they sent a technician the same day for my plumbing emergency with a leaking water heater. I was especially impressed with Jay and how smoothly he handled the whole job. He not only installed the new water heater, but also set up the fan and alarm as part of the system. The lower level had just been remodeled, so everything was clean and newly finished. Jay carefully removed the old rusted tank and completed the installation without any marks, damage, or mess. Mckay Brothers Plumbing did an excellent job. todd was very polite, easy to work with, and very careful in our home. he wore booties, kept the work area clean, and even put protective covers on parts of his rodding equipment so our wood floor would not get scratched. Most importantly, he found and cleared a drain pipe blockage that the previous plumber missed, which solved the main plumbing problem we were dealing with.
