I'm giving a 5-star review because I had a tankless water heater installed by another plumber, and while it worked, a lot of the installation wasn't up to code. After looking around, I called in Evan, who really knew his stuff. He took the time to make sure everything was up to code and worked safely, using proper plumbing techniques and following all the guidelines. Evan came out to our home in Patterson and quickly figured out where the water leak was coming from that caused our basement to flood. He and his helper were friendly, professional, and even gave us helpful tips to prevent future plumbing issues. The service was excellent from start to finish. The plumbers were true professionals! I couldn’t be happier with how Todd and Jay handled my gas line issue. The gas company had shut off my gas because they needed me to move both meters outside the house. Jay took care of pulling the permit right away, and Todd came out the very next day to complete all the work in just one visit!
