My 2 bags of organic brown rice (which is served at Chipotle btw) came with several black bugs as well as larvae 🥺 I reached for a refund and was ignored
I paid on December 23, 2025, Fulfillment status still Unfulfilled. No ship information provided. Emailed the company, waited for 2 days no response. Don't order from their website. Called them many times, they said need to add $25 more shipping fees than website displayed. I finally canceled my order after 3 weeks.
Delicious and safe rice that is affordable too.
