Had reservations for Texas Tech and got into the game after eating 4 hours in line but they are saying I didn’t attend and revoked my next game even after appealing and sending pictures. Poor service. Do better
Just walk up to the window and you will be helped, bonus you get a cool blast of air when at the window making your purchase.
McKale staff is great. However, I'm not at all happy about the fact that my season ticket price has almost doubled in the past two years. That is unfortunate. The new "Competitive Fee" is unreasonable. Might have to let some of my 15 sets of season tickets go.
