McKale staff is great. However, I'm not at all happy about the fact that my season ticket price has almost doubled in the past two years. That is unfortunate. The new "Competitive Fee" is unreasonable. Might have to let some of my 15 sets of season tickets go.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Would have been 5 stars, but they charge $5 to give paper tickets. With the price of tickets to a college game, this should be free. Very disappointed in u of a....
