Responsiveness - I recommend the property manager actually respond to issues tenants have. Transparency - Property manager is very shady. From bringing random people in to repair things (after nagging about issues with the apartment for months), to telling you what will be deducted from your security deposit and what is actually going to be deducted ($1000s more). i.e. she says we won't be charged for paint, then deducts for paint from the security deposit.
