I invited MCK to investigate a potential leak and advise on a way forward (quote). They arrived punctuality and I have no issue with the engineer who visually inspected the area with his phone and turned on a tap. The outcome was good news-no leak and probably just pipe expansion rubbing on adjacent joinery? The whole appointment lasted less than 30 minutes (being generous). I had my boiler serviced by MCK , I had a call the day before to give me a times slot, Nigel turned up and serviced my boiler , he was very polite, knowledgeable and the job was left spotless. Thank you for a fantastic service, I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Got MCK out for a boiler service and were very pleased with the service and price, then asked them out again to replace the thermostat valves on the radiators, only two were still working. We were again very pleased with the service, both quick and efficient and no mess, the plumber was very polite and professional, would definitely recommend them. Special mention to Jade who organised everything very efficiently.
