MCJ thought picking my ASD/**** son at 5:45a for school drop off time of 7:45 was acceptable. They also thought that him being dropped off about 4/4:30p was acceptable when his dismissal is 1:***** law states no more than 1hr allowed for traveling to/from school in a special education van. Also, their communication was not great. They called me 3x asking my address and what school my child was attending. They had a month to get it all situated. Great company, I feel my child is safe and well cared for on his long ride. Staff is great with him. I find them to be reasonably communicative with changes and issues, which I appreciate. Id recommend to family and friends.
