As a nurse, I have the upmost respect for all aspects of health care. The front staff and check out staff were kind and efficient. I saw Dr. Bargnesi, he was AMAZING. Validated all of my concerns, did not make me feel less than, answered all of my questions and delivered a clear plan of care. His clinical staff Jade, was not the best, after providing my urine sample I wasn't provided with instructions to go back to the waiting room or go to an exam room. If you need an Urologiest my son Shaun sees Dr. Christopher Moore in Orange Park he is awesome I highly recommend him he has such a caring heart we are so blessed we found him!
The Doctors and staff at McIver in Orange Park are all wonderful people with very pleasant personalities!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to see a good Urologist in a very clean, pleasant, professional environment!!😊
Do yourself a favor Don't I repeat don't use this place for any urological procedure. Office smells, staff don't wear gloves when they're getting the instruments ready for a procedure. Doctor doesn't listen to anything you have to say and got a 3 week UTI to boot from getting a scoping! Again run away from this place if anyone recommends it to you.
