Though after our pre apt. Call with me they were 99% sure work couldnt be performed per scheduled apt. During verifying apt. Times and needs the landlord had scheduled of them , They still came out,in person ,per scheduled apt . To see if water levels went down in crawl space .(* They could of called like most. Great generator installation! Very happy.
We remodeled an older Maine camp with a small addition. The first day on the job, the tech for the master electrician was about to cut a hole in our old bead board wood ceiling on the first floor to move a smoke detector about three feet. The floor above was wide open so I suggested they rewire the existing location to prevent holes in the wood ceiling.
