Follow-up appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday, I became ill over the weekend and cancelled my appointment the day prior. Three weeks later I'm sent a bill for $75 for a cancellation fee, HUH??? I have to pay you $75 for a cancellation fee yet physicians offices all the time cancel or move your appointment frequently. Also my initial appointment was running terribly late, are you going to reimburse ME for MY time or is it just YOUR time that is worth so much money? This office has went down with the shits!! They don’t answer the phone nor messages through the portal. You can’t get anyone to respond which is unprofessional and downright idiotic
Have not even been to an appointment and am not visiting this office based off my scheduling call with Selena.Tried to explain a scheduling difficulty with her and she was not capable of handling it professionally. Horrible scheduling interactions the first and last two times I’ve tried to get in with this clinic - as if I’m an inconvenience.
As i can imagine, going to the ugologist is probably the last thing anyone wants to really do, but overall i had a positive experience in the office. I was really uncomfortable anticipating the appointment, however the environment there overall is good. The health care workers are very professional and take their job seriously. Couldn't ask for anything more. If you do intend on driving to an appointment though, make sure to get there early, as there is a lot of construction on the roads to this area.
One of the worst medical offices that I visited. Very unorganized, my appointment was rescheduled without a notice or an approval from me
