Sucks when it comes to answering people calls
Service is great until the surgery, the communication after is non existent. Please do not use this provider unless you liked not been answered. They deserve a 0 but you can choose only 1.
YOU CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! I was on hold for an hour and half while the system "attempted" to get someone to answer the damn phone. It was even after their lunch break. You can't be serious with a business like this when you guys can't even answer the phones! Ridiculous and time wasting, you can't even make an appointment with this place because it's like you guys are non existent.
This location used to be Urological Associates of Northeast Florida before it was taken over by McIver Clinic, at which point effective communication became, and remains, very difficult. Months ago, I hand-delivered two forms to their office and haven't heard back from them. The latest form, which I delivered over three months ago, was a Prior Authorization request from my prescription insurance, and even though I talked with my Doctor about it yesterday and he wrote a new prescription, the insurance is still waiting for Pri... read more
The doctors and staff are great. The phone system is nonexistent. You have to ask for a text message link. I sent a text on Tuesday and followed up every day since then. No response. Until Friday... saying they are closed and will be back on Monday!
