It was initially difficult to schedule an appointment, but I eventually was able to get one. The staff I interacted with were pleasant, and Dr. Moore himself was great during the visit. However, after the exam, I was left waiting in the room for quite some time. The doctor mentioned that someone would be right in, but no one came. When I asked the medical assistant, she said she thought we had already left. I was told I would be contacted to schedule further testing and a procedure, but no one ever called. Initial appointment was good, staff was nice and easy to work with. Only complaint is the Dr. not listening to my husband when he said he was not fully numb & could feel what he was doing. My husband responded by using a foul word, FROM THE PAIN. He was threatened to be rescheduled MID PROCEDURE & kicked out. Understandable, to be upset at the word he yelled out but it was a reaction to the pain he was in from not being numbed properly. NOTHING WAS DONE TO HELP HIM!
