I love my specialist he was very thoughtful when I was going through some kidney problems he was gentle, kind , thoughtful I am so lucky to have found him
One month to order a scan. Impossible to contact and won't return messages.
Cannot reach anyone to change my appointment. I leave my number for a callback after holding indefinitely and no one calls back. No option to change appointment on clinic portal.
They NEVER answer their phones! Have cancelled appointments and never told us and we’d arrive and they’d say oh we canceled and rescheduled but didnt tell us.
