Negative 1000 stars. The worst customer service experience ever in my entire life. Customer service who couldn't answer any queries, worked like a robot just printing surrender form, couldn't answer how much surrender value and looked at me like I was the idiot asking questions. Very fishy insurance company with no transparency whatsoever.
