We happened upon Dave through our GC. Our design plans changed due to duct issues. So we decided to look into refinishing our (20 year old) Bruce hardwood instead the original plan to replace with tile. Honestly, didn't really think it would work because of the age, etc. of the hardwood. Met with Dave and was super impressed. He absolutely knows hardwood. And he knew how to sand the Bruce grooves.
