Our 30 year old water softener (from McIntyre) finally gave up so we decided to get a new one. Replacement was fast. Works great. Completely happy.
Installed new water softener Service was fast, professional and friendly. Everyone I interface with was more than happy to answer any questions and no pressure to bye
We had them come to our house to replace filters in the reverse osmosis, they double charged us on labor, charged for a service call to come to my house and charged a labor charge on top of the service call...we were not told this would be the case, we will never call them again
Awesome, friendly, and cost conscious company to deal with. They won't replace your softener unless it's necessary...
