I have a split level house and I was burning wood and oil. I contacted this company about 2 years ago, so I had this central unit for two or more years now and when I change I was kinda nervous to loose my wood furnace. But now two years later. Wow, I am still very happy with my system and it works great. I have no regrets of getting rid of my wood and oil furnace. Me suis rendue et appelé plusieurs fois à leur entreprise pour avoir quelqu'un pour un estimé pour un échangeur d'air. Quelqu'un est finalement venu après plusieurs tentatives pour avoir du service. Suite à l'estimé, mon conjoint avait des questions à ce sujet, a rappelé, a parlé à quelqu'un qui était supposé vérifier pour des réponses à ses questions, mais celui n'a jamais rappelé.
