From one RN to another, I believe she is doing her clients a huge disgrace by practicing law. I have had the FOC calculate my child support for the last 10 years, using micase calculator. Michelle was the opposing counsel in a child support case that was recently closed. If it wasn't for my diligence and the help of my lawyer, I would have been defrauded. The strange thing is Michelle's reaction during the entire case. She was unwilling to have her client verify paystubs and health insurance premiums until a subpoena was filed. Michelle is extremely knowledgable about the legal system, and she also genuinely cares about her clients. I have always felt confident and comfortable knowing that my legal needs have been in great hands with her! The legal system can be confusing and stressful to navigate but Michelle has been so helpful in answering questions and explaining things in a way I understand.
Michelle is an unethical lawyer.Her client got caught misrepresenting income in a child support case. Michelle submitted undated(date were purposely cut off) pay stubs(provided by her client) for child support calculation. The pay stubs they were submitting were from two jobs ago. After getting caught, Michelle admitted that her client changed 2 different jobs with a salary increase of 20k. What kind of lawyer does that?
