3 minutes ago Michelle's reaction was strange when opposing counsel reached out to her to verify her client's paystubs/source of income in a child support case. She became defensive and flat out refused. Truly exceptional service! Michelle is very knowledgeable of the law and easy to work with. I highly recommend and will certainly be using her services for additional legal matters.
Michelle was hired for FOC family custody case. She was friendly and appeared to know her information on the subject. However, throughout our long case(& lots of money) it seemed we weren’t her top priority, as if other cases took over scheduling a meeting with us and then calling last minute to have us scramble documents/ then get key information wrong during trial . Wouldn’t pick again for family lawyer.
I always thought lawyers should have good moral values as laws are generally based on the moral principles of a particular society. What does it say about a lawyer that defends clients who are out to commit child support fraud by not providing paystubs and health insurance information required to calculate the right support amount for children.
