Amazing service, caring staff! McIntyre's have been looking after my girl for almost 11 years and always been outstanding, from general check ups to surgery We are so lucky to have such an amazing team keeping our pets healthy and happy!
Not for the first time have I had to ask an on call vet to come out and assist with a complicated goat birth. Such a compassionate and highly skilled team of vets. Can’t recommend highly enough.
After hours triage - We paid $50 for a triage FaceTime when our dog was hit by a car. I thought we would be getting a vet from the practice but instead we were given someone in the USA who didn’t even ask to see our dog. She told us after an attempt to call an after hours vet from the practice, no one could help us and recommended making the dog palliative at home with human pain killers. We cannot recommend McIntyre Vets - Kyneton more highly. They have been truly wonderful assisting us through some devastating times with our pet goats. Although the outcomes were not as we all wished their compassion, care, advice, and follow up have been exceptional. A special shout out to Dr Greg for giving our Tato a compassionate passing a couple of years ago, and to Dr Emily for being my very patient phone a friend when one of our goats gave birth completely unexpectedly on Sunday (long story).
