Dr McIntosh took great care of me in an emergency situation. He was so kind to me when I was basically breaking down in fear. I am healing nicely and am very pleased with his care. His wife took care of me when I was pregnant with my son and I have nothing but praises to sing of her as well.
Great doctor! Would definitely refer others to him. The only problems I have ever had is the wait time. When you have an appointment scheduled you shouldn't have to wait up to 45 minutes. You should be seen within 15 minutes anything longer is wrong.
Dr. Mcintosh was very thorough with my appointment, checking my records back a full year to put the current problems I have into context. I felt very touched when he noticed that I had a few bruises and scratches on my body and asked me about them. Though they were just from a household accident and an overly-excited puppy, it showed me how much he cares about his patients and makes the effort to notice when things may (God forbid) not be alright in the larger scope of his patients' lives. Wasted a year trying to be treated for infertility with this dr. Insisted I get u/s while on clomid, it wasn't physically possible, he insists, then says I don't need the shot after I get the u/s (after pushing for u/s & shot), he only wanted the 400$ insurance claim. Lazy, never in his office, doesn't reply to portal messages or read them, and did tests (I didn't consent to) and DIDN'T EVER TELL ME THE RESULTS. Would NOT recommend.
Dr. William McIntosh is a wonderful Doctor. He truly cares about his patients. He is a great surgeon as well, he listens to his patients, and helps them make informed choices, even when they are hard! I would and have recommended him to others. His office staff and Dr. Lisa McIntosh are amazing as well, and it's nice to know that they both care about the patients in their practice.
I would recommend him to others because he cares about the patients feelings the health of the unborn baby and will go above and beyond so the birth of the baby is a safe and happy one
