Love McIntosh but ordered part and getting to me is a disaster. Provided shipping address and was sent to wrong address combination of shipping and billing address used. Provided info on phone and email and still came out wrong. No reply by email to confirm fix. Very disappointing.

If you buy replacement faceplate glass from McIntosh, be forewarned it will not look like the original glass in your unit. The green lettering and marker lights will be much dimmer and as a result your unit with the replacement glass will not be a visual match for your other McIntosh units. I took my C15 preamp to the local McIntosh service center to replace the glass which had been broken; they ordered the part from McIntosh and put it in for me at a total cost of almost $500, and I ended up with a poor looking result.
