I can’t say enough good things about McIntosh. The night before we were to return home from vacation, a 600 mile trip, we had a problem with our car. We didn’t know where to turn. We found McIntosh on line & they saved the day. They were able to fix the problem right away. It would have been very unsafe to drive as it was. Everybody we came in contact with was so helpful. I thank them a million times.
Bottom line up front: Seems like they bank on you not knowing your car. Go somewhere that respects your questions. I drive a 28-year-old Lexus LS400 with ~100k miles. Bone stock except suspension. I get it checked out like every 3-6 months for various things, I mean, I know it's old. I just had a full safety check and valve cover gaskets done before driving it cross-country from California.
