0/10, Michael Robinson. the dentist there is rude and insensitive, the place looks and smells like an old thrift store, holes in the wall, nasty looking walls and windows.. and to top it off he smells like cheap cigarettes and a bad day. I have good dental insurance but I’d pay completely out of pocket somewhere before even considering going back there. Dr is wonderful I love this place. I was seen at northcutt dental on schillingers Rd for a tooth that had broken off under the gum they tried to refer me to an Orel surgeon for said they could not get it out. I came in for a second opinion from doctor Robinson and he laughed at them and said he could get it out I was in a lot of pain and asked if he could get it out today August 30th 2022 he said yes if we can numb it we can pull it so he got it all numb and had it out in minutes and so nice and his staff is beyond sweet I r... read more
Always get me in and out with no problems.
I had a panic attack in the parking lot after my last visit here. He and his staff are by far the rudest and most insensitive people I’ve ever encountered anywhere. He kept telling me I was ‘too pretty’ for my teeth to be in the shape that they’re in and told me I was a liar when I explained how they’d ended up in that condition. He didn’t even let me finish a sentence before he was interrupting to tell me I was lying.
