Fantastic service—kept me informed of the arrival time, and they showed up right on schedule. Despite some old building challenges, they found effective solutions and did an amazing job. Outstanding Service, easy and fast booking, so much easier than I had imagined it would be. They arrived at the exact time stated, and did the job in just over 2 hours. The price was fantastic and the team were professional and listened to all my needs and made suggestions that were appreciated. McIntosh Electrical recently conducted a comprehensive test on two of our public-use EV chargers. I was impressed at their knowledge of the testing and compliance requirements, and their professionalism throughout the process. They gave me a detailed report on the units, and peace of mind that they are in good working order. I will definitely use them again when the next test is due in six months and would highly recommend them!
Easy to book, came on time, fixed the problem. Unfortunately pricey. I was charged double for a light as compared to the retail (not counting the call out fee).
