I booked in a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon due to a toothache. I saw Dr. Nitesh Gangadin and had the most pleasant experience. I unexpectedly found out I had to get a filling done which always makes me a bit nervous, but Dr. Nitesh made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. He clearly explained what was going to happen at each step and asked me how I was feeling. I didn’t feel rushed and had the time to ask questions which I really appreciated.
Dentist Assaulted me during Operation / Broke my tooth Timeline of Events: UPDATE: 19/08/2025 - New Dental Clinic informed me that the Mcintosh Dentist has caused 1.5K of worth damage to my front teeth UPDATE: 23/04/2025 - Mcintosh is still lying to NZDA about providing a refund for a hygiene clean, they're formally claiming they refunded a payment when they didn't. Very satisfied with my orthodontist treatment happy with the results i can smile with confidence now they are professional, flexible and friendly services from Dr Raniga and Dr kuan and the wonderful team at mclntosh Dental it was worth every penny not forgetting the lovely ladies at the reception very friendly and helpful 😀 thanks guys for changing my smile!!!!! I've had previous bad experiences with other clinics, which made me steer clear of all things dentist related for a few years. I decided it was time to go for a check up and came to McIntosh Dental, where I got my braces in 2014. Reception staff are super friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr Pritika for a hygienist appointment, who was gentle and informative. Super patient with my questions and made sure I wasn't in any pain, thank you heaps!
