We booked McIntosh Cottage for a family holiday and in the weeks before our trip asked several questions about restaurants, wineries etc. Janet always replied promptly and completely, providing us with so much information. Unfortunately, a few days before our arrival we had to cancel due to covid restrictions. As we had booked through Stayz we stood to lose half the total cost but Janet immediately offered us a full refund. We will certainly rebook as soon as we can.
