Bought a plug in hybrid from them, then get a letter from ford warning about potential battery fire and loss of power leading to a crash, advised not to charge battery past 80%, then nothing for 6 months now, resulting in me paying for petrol I didn’t have to before through no fault of my own. They basically told me it was my problem and to take it up with ford directly. Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! A huge thank you to our Service Advisor, Alexia. Her communication throughout the entire process was amazing. She kept us updated on the timeframe for the repairs, when the parts were arriving, the progress of the work, and when our vehicle would be ready for collection. We have purchased four brand-new vehicles from McInerney Ford over the years and, overall, our experience has been very positive. Like any long-term customer relationship, there have been the occasional issues along the way. What matters most to me, however, is how those issues are ultimately handled and resolved. Very disappointed with recent work I had done here. Replacing sway bar links, relatively simple job. Nut was left loose. Tried to get back but they were too busy. Raised via letter to service department and no response from McInerney Ford. That is not good service. Be wary.
