Extremely poor service and unreasonable pricing. Brought my 2021 Ford for TPMS sensors. Due to their poor communication and lack of verification, the wrong position sensors were replaced previously, forcing me to pay redundant labor costs and revisit today. On top of spending nearly $650 in total for TPMS replacements, the front desk staff was dismissive, condescending, and completely lacked basic customer care. Very disappointing experience. Will never return and definitely do not recommend！
For servicing your vehicle this place would be the worst. Overpriced and lack expertise. Took my car there they instantly said they cannot work on it but still charged me $220 for a 20 second look. Got no help no advice just sent me home with empty pockets. If you value money and time do not come here to these scammers.
If you dont want stress then steer well clear of this dealership,would never recommend the service department to anybody,excuses after excuses and not trustworthy avoid at all costs or youll be sorry.
Bought a plug in hybrid from them, then get a letter from ford warning about potential battery fire and loss of power leading to a crash, advised not to charge battery past 80%, then nothing for 6 months now, resulting in me paying for petrol I didn’t have to before through no fault of my own. They basically told me it was my problem and to take it up with ford directly. Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! A huge thank you to our Service Advisor, Alexia. Her communication throughout the entire process was amazing. She kept us updated on the timeframe for the repairs, when the parts were arriving, the progress of the work, and when our vehicle would be ready for collection.
