EDIT: Two years after using MDM Surveyors & Engineers, I needed a copy of my survey and I needed it fast in order to sell my home. I called and spoke with Ryan, who immediately sent what I needed. As he has always been, he was friendly, kind and helpful. These guys are great all around. I used them for a property survey before I install a privacy/dog fence. Ryan, the survey coordinator is extremely prompt and organized; and the survey team that came to my home was extremely courteous, let me know how long they intended to be there, etc. Most importantly, fairly priced. Out of the 3 quotes I got for this job, they were right in the middle.

Excellent job in establishing corners as well as putting property line markers at a reasonable price. They were also punctual.
Recently had a survey of our property completed after purchasing it in the spring. Ryan and Kyle were extremely diligent and precise. The project ended up taking longer than anticipated due to the complexity of the land. We finally wrapped up this past week and now we finally understand how much our neighbors are encroaching on our property. I would 100% recommend working with the MDM team. Thank you guys!
