We hired MDM to subdivide about 30 acres of land in order to facilitate the sale of some of the property and to fix a couple problems with the current subdivision. I had MDM perform a survey on my lot in preparation for a garage pad and I could not be happier. Ryan and the team were very timely getting me pricing and with the turn around completing the work. Very reasonable pricing and very easy to work with. Overall I'm very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them.
We wanted to get a current survey before installing a new fence. MDM surveyors were recommended by a friend and did a fantastic job! Having 4 quotes from different companies I can attest that MDM offered the cheapest price and quickest around time. One year after our survey was completed we were unable to locate a corner pin due to landscaping changes made along the property line.
