Steer clear of this firm. What should have been a simple divorce turned into a billing nightmare. McIlveen Family Law grossly overcharged me—padding invoices with vague, duplicative, and clerical entries disguised as legal work. I had to take charge of asset divisions myself and was still billed for it. Communication was spotty at best. I’ve filed a formal Bar complaint and will take this to small claims court if they don’t make it right. Dishonest, disappointing, and completely unprofessional.

They are not good at all took $12,000.00 dollars and withdraw from my case once I lost my job. They lied said that they filed paperwork and did not file with courts. Asking them for my file and they have yet to give me the files to seek another attorney to clean up their message. They give bad customer service went to the office and the paralegal called me girlfriend that was my first time meeting her Denise in person. They will take your money and leave out in the cold.
