I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. Appointments rarely run on time—you end up waiting in the reception area and then again in the exam room, often for 20 minutes or more beyond your scheduled time. Most recently, I called to book an appointment and was told by the receptionist to “hang up and book online.” That’s not acceptable customer service. The clinic is organized and no waiting time if you have appointment. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. Doctor Hala Saleem is a great doctor she has been taking good care of our family for a long time. She is very patient, she listens to our issues with great attention to details. Thank you Dr. Hala.
I had an appointment today at 6:15 pm and they called me at 3:45 pm informing me that the doctor is not available and the nurse was so rude talking to me and her name was Divya I asked her why you didn’t call me in the morning to let me know that and she said we are trying our best, it takes one minute only to make a call and inform me that. By the way if I was canceling the appointment it will be $50 charge. And Divya she’s not even apologizing about that.
