Decent place just bad communication protocols. Such a mission to speak to someone as they have a 1 minute announcement before any of the options are listed. Some doctors are great, others are incompetent.
It may be easy to get an appointment and become a new patient, but you may want to look elsewhere. The family doctor is incompetent. Said that they "had to ask the Canadian doctor" before renewing a common prescription, and didn't know what the medication was or what to do. Got some help but overall was not a good experience.
I booked my appointment 4 days in advance for 12 PM, as they say booking helps you avoid waiting in line. However, I’ve been waiting for over an hour even with an appointment. This is really disappointing and shows poor management. Every time, it’s the same experience — very frustrating.
they cancel appointment 1 day before the appointment itself.. after waiting for more months..The receptionist even have the audacity to advise that they sent an email and when I ask what email, they have it wrong. They do have my phone number , they confirmed the appointment on my phone number.The receptiomist is very rude, not understanding, no compassion, not literate enough to use a computer, answers the questions very rudely..needs to get fired if she is tired of her job. I booked appointment to visit my family doctor. But I had to wait for 90 minutes. This was my fourth visit and in every visit wait time is increasing. Receptionist always tell that doctor is running late. It doesn't make sense to book appointments to meet your family doctor when you have to wait for hours to meet your family doctor.
