首先诊所并没有提前告知患者需要提前带着病例单去，而且曾经来时并不需要展示病例单，并且在 google map 上写了周日休息但是依旧预约时间给到周日的八点，我们在外面找门找了一个小时，无一例外都是锁的，我们在外面白白等了一个小时，我很想知道医生是否有义务提前告知这些东西，并且我拨打电话，电话无法跳转服务因为没人可以接听，这个季节外面很冷，为了找门我甚至感冒，这个责任还需要我自己负责，我不知道是不是这里没有和周围的没有沟通好，我不理解为什么在这个节骨眼上所有的门都是锁的
Doctors and care is fine... if you can get in. Staff and overall operation is very poor. 1h late for appointments, +1h wait on phone. During hours of operation and phone lines closed.
Doctors don’t keep their appointment times. There’s been countless times I’ve set up a phone appointment and the doctor is sometimes 3 hours late. I go in for an appointment with the doctor and wait 45 mins past. Currently trying to get a refill on my ADHD medication that the pharmacy has faxed over, but it’s been a WEEK and the doctor still hasn’t sent it back. A WEEK. Currently now completely out. I’ve called everyday and the front staff say that it’ll be done that day.
Now this clinics charge $75 if your are not there at time, whats the point to make an appointment if you'll be there 2 hours waiting???.... should we charge $100 if we wait more than 30 min??
