My daughter has been unwell and at 4am I searched the web looking for nearby walk in clinics as I find they are very difficult to get in to. I stumbled across Well health online booking. I was able to schedule a walk in appt with my daughter (with plenty of time options!) for a few hours later that day. No record of appointment booked, waited 40 minutes to see doctor
I hate leaving one star reviews but I cant let this go unnoticed. I have been going to this clinic since October last year when I moved over from ON. The receptionist and Dr Mosuro have been fine to me. At first, I felt that they were like “not another patient” but as I got to know them, I shook off that feeling. Having said that, I wont be able to do the same with Dr Michael Giesel (not sure how to spell his name and frankly, don’t care!). He was the worst medical professional I came across with. Booked an appointment for 9 am .arrived at 8:45 and was in waiting area . 9:25 the receptionist announces the doctor went to the wrong clinic and will be another 45 min to get to the right location 🤡 I get that people make mistakes … but come on !! A doctor should be much more prepared and professional !!!
