I contacted MCI services to attempt to set up weekly garbage collection for my home. The receptionist was friendly enough at first, taking down my address and information. When I asked about their different services and rates, she only provided vague explanations. When I finally gave up and asked if I could set up a weekly plan, she told me "we aren't interested" and hung up on me.
