We have been suing MCI for about 30 years. They have always been timely, professional, very knowledgeable regarding any issues we have ever had. We highly advise using MCI, a small personal company.
Have been customers for over 30 years. You never feel like you're imposing if you have a problem. Prompt response time, friendly courteous service and easy to understand directions on using the system. The only one we'd call if we wee to move.
We have been customers of MCI for over 20 years. The equipment works well and it is easy to use. I can always reach a member of their staff 7 days a week. I appreciate the quick response time from both the MCI staff and their monitoring service. I like the follow-up calls to confirm that all is okay. Probably the thing I like best and the reason I would recommend MCI is that they still place a high priority on customer service.
