This is by far the worst mortgage company ever. I will never recommend them to any of clients. I personally used them for my closing with megatel. There is absolutely no phone communication once they start the loan process.
Go with them only if your don't anticipate any issues. If you have any issue with loan process, as simple as a hard credit inquiry in the previous 6 months, run away from them. We had few issues. 1. For some strange reason, they did not consider the earnest money we paid the builder and asked us to bring 60k extra at closing. Informed us 1 week before closing. 2. I am extremely satisfied with MCI Mortgage. They provided excellent customer service, explaining all the mortgage terms and options in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would definitely use their services again.
