Really terrible experience. Was given a 5 minute window to meet my technician, at 6 minutes he left. Refused to refund my money and was told I could wait 5 days for service. Highly recommend seeking an alternative service provider. These guys are terrible. **in response to their response, - yes, I know you are not a phone company. You are a company that provides a service. A HVAC service provider. For everyone reading this, pretty much sums up why they are incompetent.
