Terrible communication. Horrible waste of time.
If any lab in this world knows how to do high complexity testing it’s this company. The person who runs this business is totally hands on and the last one to leave. I would highly recommend if you get any bloodwork or pharmacogenomics testing or cancer screening or anything else it’ll be done right with this organization. They straight up lose samples, don't use them. Here's how Colleen Payne, MCI's CEO described the loss of our samples: "please note that Ms. Hill, an MCI employee involved during this time period, was terminated for failing to adhere to our strict protocols regarding sample intake and data entry. For this instance, MCI terminated Ms. Hill for failing to follow protocol, which includes all samples “must” be entered into the LIS system and we do not have the ability to receive samples on requisitions nor paper format."
One of their vans was driving EXTREMELY recklessly on northbound 35. Drove a car into the shoulder when they changed lanes without looking, then tailgated basically everyone they could.
