I would not give this establishment even a single-star rating. The owner discriminates against individuals whom he assumes are not from the South. His behavior is racist and highly unprofessional. His auto work will also not be warranted, so if he doesn't do the work right the first, you are SOL! I would suggest that you save yourself the hassle and recommend that you spend your hard-earned money somewhere else!

Never go to this business. We had my husband's timing belt & my brakes done here. Both had to be redone by another mechanic months later. I brought my brakes back to MCI twice to get them fixed (grinding, squeaking & popping) & they found nothing. Asked the owner, Jeff, for a refund & he said no. He did not care if there was a problem or if we were unhappy. Great Service center in maryville. Honest price on my car repairs. They take car of all my car repair needs.
