This carpet was past dirty. It had many things spilled on it. I really doubted anyone could get it close to clean. It looks almost new. There were two spots that can still be seen if you know where to look. One was ink and the other one was food coloring. I am amazed.
This my second time using them to clean my couch and carpets. They do not charge for things that are not needed ie pet pre treater unless they find a lot of stains. They do a wonderful job and are very detailed. They vacuum before they clean also. The carpets are clean and refreshed as well as soft when they are dry. I will keep using them every time.
I am very happy with their work. My carpets look great! This was the second time I used this company and I will definitely use them again.
Always love their work and excellent customer service! We are definitely repeat customers.
