It's an older facility, but the prices are really reasonable.The people are easy to work with and they cut people a little slack if they're gonna be late paying. It's out of town a little way. Nice big open areas between buildings and areas to put boats in cars and things like that outside.
Horrible experience. Run far away as fast as possible
Horrible place to rent from. Rat and Mice infested. Strange people always looking for unlocked units. Met and verbally talked about the contract and signed because they were in a hurry. When I asked if there were any details I should know, was told "No" Sent a text saying I no longer needed the unit but was paid up for the month and the unit was cleaned and empty and they replied "ok" and immediately rented it out. I received a letter a month later saying they were keeping my Deposit because I didn't contact them on the 1st ... read more
