Updating my review since it was removed. I was a client in 2019. I have the paper work to confirm. They refused to communicate over email which I made as a reasonable accommodation request but email communication was too much for them and they would only communicate over phone calls which I had trouble with but they would not accommodate me when I repeatedly asked for email communication. They dropped me because of this just under the deadline that my statute of limitations ran out for a slip and fall. They blamed me for not... read more
