Fast and friendly staff
Some of nurses can be rude but if ask staff in MRI department of when a policy changed and they respond thats how its always been and reply no thats new since last scan they take that at as rude and disrespectful. When split up appointments for ease of health concerns they'll combine without consideration for patient.
The staff at Mayo Pharmacy are so kind and efficient (I wish my insurance would let me switch from Gundersen to Mayo because Gundersen is a disorganized nightmare) BUT so glad I discovered this pharmacy because they make my monthly refill run as smooth as possible, there's never a line in the drive-thru, and when I call they answer right away. I don't mind making the drive to Onalaska for this pharmacy because I know I will be taken care of here. ☺️
