They were constantly cancelling and rescheduling my appointments. The last time this happened I had to wait 2 more months to have a cavity treated. For this new appointment, I was not told that the dentist who would be treating me was not in the Blue Cross network. I didn't find this out until I received a bill in the mail for $236. They didn't even offer to only charge me the maximum allowable amount per my policy. Needless to say, I will be finding a more reputable dental establishment.
Absolutely love the staff and dentist! They are very sweet and worked me in very fast! This place knows what they are doing and makes you feel right at ease!
I'm from out of town and broke my tooth. The dental clinic fit me in and fixed my tooth. The dentist did a good job fixing my tooth. Everyone I had contact with were professional, caring, understanding and just plan nice people. If I ever need a dentist while visiting Mitchell and Yancey county, I'll definitely give them a call!!
This place literally saved my life! I had a very dangerous abscess in two teeth. I called as soon as they opened and they got me in right away! The dentist was wonderful. He even numbed my tooth before doing X-rays because I was in so much pain. He had them both out in no time! The staff was comforting and amazing! They will be in charge of my dental health from now on.
I do not recommend this place I called today to check the time of my son's appointment for the up coming Monday and she said his appointment has been cancelled due to me not calling to confirm his appointment I said how was I suppose to know this when he is a new patient and I have not seen the policy she said sorry that policy how are you supposed to know if you have not even been there I will gladly take my children elsewhere
