I was completely surprised and disappointed with the service. I scheduled an appointment and specifically requested a provider specializing in grief counseling (after my mother passed) Instead, I met with someone who demonstrated very limited therapeutic communication. Throughout the session, the therapist repeatedly asked for clarification, which suggested that she was not following or fully understanding my concerns. Rihanna (I think that's how you spell her name) has been wonderful for couples counseling, it is all very calming there too, nice rooms!

It’s not easy to write a review of a counseling service, but need to share how profoundly we have benefited from MCHH’s care. If you have a child or teen that needs skilled and caring therapy I highly recommend this office. They offer a variety of approaches, but we have especially benefited from access to Christian-centered therapy. We can definitely tell that the therapists are coached well and the facility is clean and comfortable. Scheduling is easy and they accept most insurances.
