While sitting in my living room, a plow went by my driveway and plowed me in with the ice boulders left over from the recent snow. I placed a call to public works and told them what happened, and that I can no longer shovel my driveway and being handicapped, I needed to have access to my driveway for any emergency. They sent out a truck with two people and within a couple minutes they cleared my driveway apron. They were both very nice. I very much appreciate that you all took care of my driveway apron so promptly.

Top notch , called about parkway turf damages, Understand inevitable due to heavy snow , plow trucks can't see the edge of road and the grass . The public works guys came out and cleaned up the mees , they will be back to reseed when weather permits. Again great service from our public works guys.

I was having an issue with rusty looking water coming from my Kitchen faucet. I made a call to Public Works, and a very helpful employee named Julie answered the phone with some advice. She told me to leave a message with Liz at another extension. I was contacted by a PW employee named Brian. He told me what was going on and reassured me it was due to a neighbor shutting off the water to all units in our four unit building. All is fine now.
