I cannot thank Shaun and his crew at McHenry Plumbing enough for coming to my rescue on such short notice. Late Thursday night, we had a major plumbing emergency — water was pouring out of the floor drain and leaking from the base of our downstairs toilet. We called Black Diamond, and while they were out from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and rodded the line six times, the problem wasn’t resolved. McHenry Plumbing just completed a big job for me and I was very pleased with the results. The technicians knew their job and proceeded very efficiently to get the work done as quickly as possible. What I really appreciated was that they answered my questions about the work very clearly and in sufficient detail. They were careful about my house and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I plan to use this company again!
Michael was very professional and kind when he did his initial visit. He came up with a great plan and was able to execute it to great affect! I had many plumbers come out and his plan was the best and for the best price. Will be using them for any other plumbing projects I need.
Highly recommend McHenry Plumbing and Heating! It was their no call day but they sent a very nice friendly look alike Santa gentleman out. He came right away and fixes my problem. I have had McHenry plumbing before and they are definitely the best!!!
