So I don't normally have super strong positive feelings about a doctor's office, especially a dentist/oral surgeon . In fact I have the most extreme phobia of dental work, people touching my teeth, loose teeth etc. 18 years ago a had a tooth pulled after an injury the cracked my tooth, chipped all my front teeth and loosened my bottom teeth. I had to have a metal plate (mandolin bridge) put behind bottom front teeth to provide stability. Well that was only supposed to last 5 years or so but it was still here. Now it started ... read more
Sorry for comments earlier. They were based on info. recieved from your front office staff. They got me into a dizzy. Im a disabled vet with ptsd. So, i have to take meds for it to keep me sane. Unfortunately I just today got feeling better. I've had virus or food poisoning. Most of the time I just stayed in bed. It was awful. One more day I would have gone into hospital. Again, sorry.
Was a wonderful consolation. Dr Sbigoli addressed my concerns with a very professional and thoughtful manner. The whole team is very pleasant as well. Highly recommend this practice.
I had a molar removed. First. The office ladies. They reminded me I may want to use the ladies room b/4. Then they walked me to where it was. The dental assailant, made sure I was comfortable, got me a cup for my hair clip and ear rings. a blanket to keep me warm and placed it so i felt snugly. She placed my electrodes on without once compromising my dignity. Dr Sbigoli came in and joked with me. He explained what all the procedures would be. Awesome care. From check in, answering questions and concerns to the Anesthesiologist and the in depth conversation .... the Dr my first time meeting had a great sense of humor made me feel at ease even though I was BEYOND nervous. Thank you to everyone! Il recommend in the future or even bring my own kiddos ❤️
