Very pleasant. Efficient and quick.
GROSS INCOMPETENCE. zero follow-up or follow-through. deceptive, rude, dismissive staff. unbelievably unprofessional. reception personel obviously confused about procedure and protocol and freely dispense contradictory and misinformation. dr phuc tran seemed arrogant, childish, and abusive. dr tran treated me like very poorly. i would never even remotely consider allowing this him to work on my mouth. i am not impressed with this facility.
Timely service, professional, and kind. A warmth and humanity that feels unique for the medical sphere along with attentive and great treatment. Overall an excellent experience.
Staff at the Willits clinic are amazing, but they can’t keep doctors at all. Can’t get appointments. If you are looking for a new clinic, l would NEVER recommend this one.
